THREE BEST PERFORMANCES

3. GRACE MAHER

Getting your name on the stat sheet automatically puts you up as one of the top players in the game. Followed up by a full 90 minute performance and the team win simply elevates your status. This was exactly Maher this past week. She netted the first goal of the game and helped secure the 2-1 victory for KR.

2. TEAGAN MICAH

UCLA is 4-0 this season and 4-0 when Teagan Micah is in goal. She has made seven saves on the year and only given up one goal so far. She has had to stay alert and guard the goal as all four games have been close contests. UCLA looks poised for another successful season and much of that success will be due to the play of Micah.

1. BEATIE GOAD

Another powerhouse in the American collegiate ranks is Stanford. Also 4-0 on the season and doing so with the helps of an Aussie, this time on the offensive end. Not only did Goad net a goal for Stanford she also added an assist in her team’s win. Without the two goals that Goad helped contribute Stanford still wins 3-1, but loses out on the early goal from Goad which ultimately set the tone and got the scoring rolling early. Goad helped put Stanford in the win column this week.
