Melbourne Victory Ratings

Casey Dumont- 8

Was only called upon a handful of times, but was able to step up every time she was needed and except the great shot from Tobin in the last minutes of play.

Emily Menges - 7

Many of the chances that Sydney had came from giveaways from Victory. Menges committed many of the turnovers and was poor with her passing in the backline, but she was able to stop the attackers when they came her way.

Laura Brock - 8

Stabilized the backline and was able to be the calming force when it looked like Sydney had the advantage on the offensive end.

Jenna McCormick- 7.5

Gave up an early free kick that could have been a penalty and gave up another dangerous free kick later in the game. McCormick got beat quite a few times, but recovered nicely and was able to provide her team with some offensive chances.

Melina Ayres - 7

Had an impact on both sides of the pitch, was just overshadowed by better play from other teammates.

Haley Hanson 8

A pretty quiet night for Hanson, the middle of the pitch was dominated by Hanson and Jackson. Her counterpart Jackson was the one carrying most of the offensive load while Hanson was called into more of a defensive role.
