It was the first game of the Bushfire Relief double header and for fans that were there it certainly didn’t disappoint. Melbourne proved that they were too strong for Collingwood, coming home with the four points.

Melbourne Capitalised on their chances
The Dees were able to capitalise on the chances they were given in their forward 50 and convert it on the scoreboard, which is what won them the game.
Daisy Pearce played an integral role in the Demons’ ability to transition the footy cleanly out of their backline, as did the forwards who were often in the right place at the right time to take the mark inside 50 and convert.
