After an action-packed week, it’s time to relive the highlights before we prepare for the next round.
OUR GOAL OF THE WEEK
What better way to start an account of the highlights from Round 3 than with what has got to be considered Goal of the Week?
Unfortunately coming a little too late to make a difference to the outcome, the effort from Sabrina Frederick, kicking a goal from the ruck, shows a pure athletic talent that has to be admired. It has already been nominated as Goal of the Year!

OUR PLAY OF THE WEEK
We also need to appreciate the efforts of the Roos this week, as they flattened Richmond in their game on Sunday. It’s their ability to manipulate the play and get the ball from one end to the other with ease that is pushing them to the top of the comp.

OUR MARK OF THE WEEK
A brave mark from West Coast’s Irish import Niamh Kelly was also a pretty special moment. Giants star Rebecca Beeson surely packs a punch but they were both back up on their feet in seconds!
Niamh Kelly has been nominated for this week's Mark of the Year for this brave grab against the Giants!
