Fowler has helped the Southern Steel's dominate the ANZ Premiership in New Zealand for the last five years.

Standing at 198cm Fowler has been an imposing figure in the goal circle.  

She was the leading goal scorer in 2017 competition, she has a scoring record of 3678 goals from 4020 attempts with an accuracy rate of 91.4 percent over few five seasons with the Steel's.

The competitive nature of the inaugural Super Netball competition looks to have been a drawcard for Fowler. 

“Fever are a very competitive team and they really work hard as far as I have seen over the years,” Fowler said.

“What I can bring is what I feel everyone knows I have, just my raw talent and the improvement that I will make to slot in nicely with the Fever group.”

It broke mid-last year, Fowler was set to join the Western Australian based team for the Suncorp Super Netball season in 2018.

West Coast Fever finished seventh in the Super Netball 2017 season, only winning two matches. 

The Suncorp Super Netball season begins on April 28 with Melbourne Vixens and Adelaide Thunderbirds.
