The final squad has been decided following a month of intensive training before a trial match.

The Force squad features seven Wallaroos including experienced lock Rebecca Clough, playmaker Trileen Pomare, backrower Vesinia Taufa, Kendra Fell, Madeline Putz, Huia Turoa and former Queensland prop Alex Bannon.

It will be another Super W squad with a mix of experience and youthfulness.

One youngster selected is 17-year-old Sevens sensation Courtney Hodder.

She was named Player of the Tournament at the National Senior Sevens Championships in 2017 before going on to represent the Australian Schools Sevens.

Delport told Rugby WA he believes the team will play an attacking and entertaining brand of rugby.

“It’s been a good first month laying the foundation and getting a look at the players and now all focus turns to getting the team ready for the competition," he said.

“The aim is to play an attacking brand of rugby, we want to keep the ball in hand, put teams under pressure and dictate the tempo of the game.

"We have quality players that can adapt themselves to pretty much any situation and that gives us a lot of options and flexibility," Delport said.

The Super W draw is expected to be announced soon.
