The Western Sydney Wanderers have named their W-League squad for Season 8 with internationals Keelin Winters and Carmelina Moscato headlining the squad.

In his second season at the Wanderers, head coach Norm Boardman has selected a heavy Western Sydney based squad to contest their fourth W-League season.

Foundation players Linda O'Neill and Rachael Soutar return as well as the highly experienced Caitlin Cooper and Michelle Carney.

The rest of the squad compromises of young talent from the Western Sydney region including Young Matildas Ellie Carpenter, Tara Pender and Jordan Baker with Young Matildas goalkeeper Teagan Micah joining from Brisbane Roar.

Internationally, Seattle Reign captain Winters is back for a second season with the Wanderers following the midfielders Player of the Season and Golden Boot performances for Season 7.

Winters, who is preparing to lead the two time NWSL premiers in the NWSL final against Kansas City, is re-joined by Portland Thorns full back Kendall Johnson and English striker Hannah Beard.

Meanwhile the Wanderers midfield is boosted by the signing of 3x FIFA Women's World Cup representative and Olympic Bronze medallist Carmelina Moscato.

The Wanderers are set to continue their pre-season training with a host of practice matches scheduled in the coming weeks with the internationals due in early October.

Western Sydney commences their season on 17 October 2015 away to Adelaide United.
