Sam Stosur is through to the semifinals of the Mallorca Open but fellow Aussie Ajla Tomljanovic misses out.
Stosur, who is having a great time a grass, downed Alison Riske 6-4 6-2 overnight and advances to her first grass court semifinal since Eastbourne in 2011.
She has said, she feels more comfortable on clay and hard courts but the World No.98 is set to face the defending champion for a spot in the final.
Anastasija Sevastova defeated Tomljanovic in three sets 3-6 6-3 6-1, ending the Aussies four-match winning streak despite some scary moments.
The third seed recovered from 6-3 3-0 to storm her way back into the match.
Sevastova has won her past two meetings with Stosur and leads the head-to-head series 3-2.
