The 24.3km 2018 1st Ladies Tour of Norway Team Time Trial TTT finished overnight with Australian team Mitchelton-Scott crossing the line with the second fastest time.

Team Sunweb logged the fastest time, finishing in 29:53 (av speed 48.790). Mitchelton-Scott's time of 30:31 was enough to put them in second position with an average speed of 47.777.

Cervélo-Bigla Pro Cycling took out third place with a time of 31:02.
