As a player for over two decades Kate Gill played at the elite level of women's football in Australia and overseas. Off the field, as Professional Football Australia's Player Relations Executive, Gill has worked to improve the workplace conditions for the Matildas and W-League players.
In light of the landmark Collective Bargaining Agreement, we caught up the Gill to discuss the path to the CBA and the future.
