The Bulldogs have lost a fourth player to an inaugural AFLW club with premiership ruck Aasta O’Connor leaving the club to join Geelong.
The 30-year-old who played 12 games over two seasons was selected as pick 12 in the 2016 AFLW Draft.
“We have had some great discussions with Aasta around her future, both playing and after playing, and we have all agreed that the opportunity presented to her is the best fit for her at this current time,” said Bulldogs’ General Manager of Women’s Football, Debbie Lee.
“We sincerely thank her for her efforts, we’re proud and grateful that she was able to share in our 2018 premiership, and we wish her well for the future,” she said.
