The Newcastle Jets have added the quartet of Georgia Yeoman-Dale, Tara Andrews, Hannah Southwell and Emma Stanbury to their squad for the upcoming W-League season.
A Canberra product, Yeoman-Dale has moved from the Season 6 Premiers in the search for more game time with the Young Matildas midfielder finding it difficult to amass regular minutes in Liesbeth Migchelsen's side.
“I still consider myself quite young in the game and I’m still growing and trying to develop myself as a player," said Yeoman-Dale.
"I would like to help some of the younger girls to achieve what they want to achieve but at the same time I can’t put myself up there as a mature player yet as I’m still trying to develop myself.”

After turning down offers from several clubs, 20 year old Andrews is back for her sixth season and looks to add to her 48 matches with her the Jets. Andrews returns in good form after spending the off-season with Colorado Pride in the USL W-League.
“I feel loyal to Newcastle and I love Newcastle so I didn’t want to leave,” Andrews said, adding “As a player, I want to be consistent and score some goals, and as a team, I’d like us to win a few games, build as a team and be consistent week in week out.”
Meanwhile Stanbury and Southwell are set to embark on their inaugural W-League campaigns with 15 year old Southwell to become the youngest first team goalkeeper in the competition's history.
“With regards to Hannah, it’s fantastic to see another local Emerging Jets player come through the system and into the W-League," coach Peter McGuinness said.
"She’s a very promising young goalkeeper who has all the attributes to be a success in the league for many years to come."
“Emma is a hard working footballer who has strived to reach the W-League for a number of years and gets her opportunity this season, while Georgia is an exciting young player from Canberra whose all-round footballing ability has seen her already capped twice with the Matildas,” he concluded.
The four players join Matildas midfielder Emily Van Egmond, Rhali Dobson and former Matilda Amber Neilson in Peter McGuinness' 2014 squad.
Newcastle commences their season by hosting reigning champions Melbourne Victory on 13 September 2014.
