Great switch of play in the first half that led to a chance for the Jets, good vision and through balls in the midfield, a couple of miscued passes.
Clare Wheeler – 8.5
Busy in the midfield and involved in many passages of play, did well to keep the ball comfortably and looked to play forward quickly.
Tara Andrews – 8
Won a lot of ball in the midfield and held the ball up nicely – was able to play some lovely through balls to set up attacking chances for her side, also defended well when Newcastle needed her to.
Jenna Kingsley – 7
Provided a creative flair up front, worked hard throughout the 70 minutes she was on the park.
Nikki Flannery – 6.5
Didn’t see too much of the ball in the first half, made a few god runs but was closed down by Victory’s defence.

Played the last 15 minutes, made some positive forward passes.
Teigan Collister – 7
Came off the bench returning from injury – used her speed and physicality on the wing, made a positive impact on the game.
