The 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup Technical Study Group have selected Matildas captain Lisa De Vanna and midfielder Elise Kellond-Knight have been selected in the WWC All star team.
For the second time in their careers De Vanna (2007 & 2015) and Kellond-Knight (2011 & 2015), the duo were recognised as part of the 23 best players of the Women's World Cup alongside many of the world's best.

In what may be her third and final World Cup, captain De Vanna was a pivotal part of the Matildas attack with the 31 year old using every bit of her pace and skill to create opportunities.
Out on the winger, De Vanna ability to run at defences provided space for her striking partners and for herself with the striker ending the tournament with two goals, two assists and one Player of the Match accolade.
De Vanna (7 goals) is Australia's all time leading goalscorer at a World Cup and in the top 10 All time goalscorers at a Women's World Cup.
25 year old Elise Kellond-Knight was also rewarded for stellar performances with her second successive All Star Team appearance.
Impressively, Kellond-Knight's recognition is in a different position (defensive midfield) to that of Germany 2011 (left back).
Kellond-Knight's shielding and rebound job in front of the back four was a key reason for Australia keeping their first two clean sheets in World Cup history (women or men).
It did not go without notice in the tournament with the Queenslander twice awarded the Player of the Match.
