Goalkeeper Jada Whyman has been announced as the Western Sydney Wanderers W-League Player of the Year at the Wanderers Medal last night.
Despite being only 18 years old, Whyman has already finished her third season with the Wanderers.
She made 11 appearances in the 2017-18 season, missing only one game when she was away with the Young Matildas for the 2017 AFC U-19 Championship.

Whyman also picked up the Members' Player of the Year award.
Wanderers co-captain Erica Halloway picked up the Golden Boot award.
Halloway made 12 appearances during the 2017-18 W-League season with 11 starts and scored three goals.
Halloway was not available to accept the award, as she was on duty fighting bushfires with Fire & Rescue NSW and the award was accepted by captain Ellie Brush.
This was also Halloway's third season with WSW, and she adds to her collection of awards, having been named WSW Player of the Year for the 2015-16 season.
