Queensland Firebirds goal keeper Laura Geitz will return to Bondall for the first time since 2016 after missing the first home game of the season through injury.
Gietz, who has been part of the Firebirds since 2008, missed the inaugural Super Netball season after becoming a mum to son Barney in February 2017 but the 30-year-old missed the high level of netball and returned to the game.
She was meant to run out earlier in round two against rivals the Sunshine Coast Lightning but Geitz missed the game due to a back injury.
"I'm really looking forward to stepping out at Bondall when you walk through these doors the memories come flooding back," she said
"What better challenge to step out on Saturday against competition leaders in Fever," Gietz added.
The Fever have been the team to beat since the only undefeated team of the competition and have only lost four quarters out of the 16 that have been played.
