Matildas attacking midfielder Chloe Logarzo has signed with Swedish side Eskilstuna United in the Damallsvenskan.
"We are pleased to have been able to strengthen our team with Chloe," said coach Viktor Eriksson.
"I'm convinced that she will add to our game and it will give us more choices and competition for places."
Logarzo, who is well placed to be selected in the Matildas Olympic roster on Monday, joins the third placed Swedish side at the conclusion of the Olympics and will feature in their UEFA Women's Champions League tilt.
"I am really happy to continue my journey with Eskilstuna United and can not wait to come over to Sweden and to develop my football," she said.
"I look forward to the footballing experience, and would describe myself as a hard-working and creative player."
It will be the 21 year old's second stint overseas but her first at a top flight international league. Logarzo played a number of seasons for Colorado Pride in the American USL W-League. The attacking midfielder led the Pride to the finals in their maiden season with 8 goals and 7 assists, earning her the 2014 USL W-League Rookie of the Year award.
The former Young Matildas captain joins a long tradition of Australians in the Damallsvenskan with Kate Gill, Lydia Williams and Lisa De Vanna all playing in Sweden, while current Matildas teammate Tameka Butt is in action with Mallbacken.
