Tough results for Sam Stosur and Daria Gavrilova overnight as both players exited the French open in their round 3 matches.
Stosur was unable to overcome the 2016 French Open champion Garbiñe Muguruza, with the Spaniard drilling past Stosur 6-0, 6-2.
Ranked 3rd in the tournament, 23 year old Muguruza dominated the first set before rounding out the match easily.
