The move for the 24-year-old comes after another stellar season in the W-League with Sykes leading Canberra United's goal tally with 6 goals.

Along the way she picked of PFA Player of the Month honours as she guided Canberra United to second on the W-League table behind the eventual premiers and champions Melbourne City.
The pacy winger follows the footsteps of recent W-League players Elise Kellond-Knight, Tameka Butt and Clare Polkinghorne to look to continue to hone their skills the technical Nadeshiko league.
The Nadeshiko League Division 2 kicks off in late March 2016.
