Sarah Walsh hosts the pilot of our webseries | TWG Sarah Walsh hosts the pilot of our webseries | TWG

That's a wrap! We are proud to premiere our women's football show pilot hosted by former Australian international Sarah Walsh.

It's incredible than idea that germinated six months ago is partway to become a reality.

As with any project,  it couldn't happen without the supporter of a large collection of people (and apologies if we leave out any names).

Australian women's football has many great supporters and Sarah Walsh is one of the biggest.  On the pitch Sarah's passion for the game was evident to all and off the pitch she strives to make the game better for future players in many areas. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Sarah's assistance in seeing this project come to life.

The many great photos on the pilot are thanks to photographers Joseph Mayers and Emily Mogic.

Tameka Butt, Brianna Davey, Sam Kerr, Clare Polkinghorne, Sally Shipard and Servet Uzunlar for taking time out of their busy preparations for the European tour to record interviews.

Tameka Butt, Marianne Darr and the Matildas for donating and signing jerseys while Canberra United, Newcastle Jets and Sydney FC for donating merchandise, memberships and posters for our crowd sourcing campaign.

The Australian football family who have been behind us from the beginning and the women's football family who are a passionate and supportive group wherever in the world they come from.

And lastly, and by no means least, to Danielle Warby who has put in a super human, round the clock effort to get the pilot finished.  It was a bit learning curve for as all but she has shouldered an enormous amount and final product is all her immense effort.  Get some sleep Dan!

This pilot marks an important milestone for us but it is just one step as we look to move to the next level and produce a full 15 episode series.  Australia's footballers have come to the party in a very, very big way!

But for now we hope you enjoy the pilot as much as we enjoyed making it.

Feel free to share our pilot on your Facebook page, tweet about to those who love the game or introduce new people to your football passion!
