Melbourne Victory fan favourite Natasha Dowie has signed a two-year deal with the club.
Dowie, who is the all-time leading W-League goalscorer for the club, will pull on the navy blue for the four season.
The 30-year-old told Melbourne Victory she had no doubts about returning to Melbourne.
"It was an easy decision for me because I’ve had a great playing career at Melbourne Victory,” Dowie said.
“It is by far the best club I’ve been involved in with regards to how they treat you as a player, I really feel like part of the furniture here.
“Every year I look forward to the W-League so I’m excited about getting a full pre-season under my belt and hopefully having a successful year," she said.
Dowie's signature comes after the club announce young gun Melina Ayres would be back after a break out season in 2017/18.
The 19-year-old was nominated for NAB Young Footballer of the Year and had a stunning NPL Women's season with South Melbourne where she scored 43 goals in 28 matches.
Angie Beard is also back in Jeff Hopkins side after she arrived from Brisbane Roar last season.
