Reports out of the UK and US suggest Matildas defender Alanna Kennedy is set to join Tottenham Hotspur in the Women's Super League.
Kennedy is not only set to join several Matildas stars in the WSL, but is also set to join the growing exodus of high-profile NWSL stars exiting to the competition.
Fellow Matildas star Sam Kerr led the charge, but the departure of USA superstar Sam Mewis is another example that the WSL's growing clout is spelling trouble for the NWSL.
The Equalizer's Jeff Kassout reported the move would be a loan deal from current club Orlando Pride.

Spurs last finished mid-table in the shortened WSL season. Orlando missed out on the Challenge Cup after a COVID-19 outbreak, and players need games.
Tottenham finished seventh in last season's competition.
