Didn’t have a lot to do but was very safe with the ball in the air.

All class again. Set up Stott with a dangerous free kick. Always reliable and you know what you will get from Steph Catley. 

Emma Checker - 7.5

Good defending. Cleared the ball well and won many of her duels. 

Rebekah Stott - 7.5

Plenty of involvement and deserved a goal. 

Ellie Carpenter - 7.5

Tireless running all game. You expect that from Carpenter. She got into dangerous spots especially as Perth tired out.

Milica Mijatovic - 6

Involved early but wasn’t as effective as she would like to be. Subbed at halftime. 

Claire Emslie - 7

Decent involvement in the game. Got into good positions. 

Kyah Simon - 7.5

Celebrated game 100. Was involved in the goal that gave City a deserved lead. Looked dangerous late in the game as Perth got wary. Wasn’t at her best but still was good enough. 

Emily Van Egmond -7.5

A very good shift. Ball distribution was decent and she created some chances with dangerous crosses. 

Aivi Luik - 7.5

Beautiful ball distributor. Doesn’t get into as many dangerous positions as her team would like which would make her more dangerous. Still a good shift. 

Yukari Kinga - 8.5

Heavily involved with plenty of touches. You always feel Kinga will somehow get into the game and be creative. Always involved. Over 70 passs with more than 90% accuracy.

Came in for the second half and got involved heavily.

Eliza Campbell - 8

Made some big saves to keep City at bay and to keep her team in the game. Ball distribution was sloppy but can forgive her for that. 

Natasha Rigby - 7.5

Lead the team by example. Plenty of involvement but found it hard like most of her team mates to stop the Melbourne City juggernaut. 

Kim Carroll - 7

Worked hard in defence facing an onslaught from City. Didn’t give up. 

Arianna Romero - 7

Cleaned up well in defence. 

Julia Sardo - 7

Had a good game even though she was subbed in 67th minute due to a slight injury. Intercepted plenty of the ball.

Celia Jiménez - 7

Worked hard. Made plenty of tackles and chalked up a number of clearances. 

Morgan Andrews - 7.5

Fought hard in the engine room. Involved in 10 duels and she won most of them. Bit sloppy with the passing but wasn’t the only one in her team. 

Shannon May - 6.5

Worked hard to be involved but couldn’t do much about the classy City midfield. 

Crystal Thomas - 7

Tried her best to get involved. Got some balls into the box but nothing that caused Lydia Williams too many problems. 

Leticia McKenna - 7

Got involved in defence but had to due to Melbourne City’s domination. 

Katarina Jukic - 7.5

Good shift. Had some clever footwork and got some dangerous balls in to the box.
