Yes you read that right.
This morning it was reported that the Matildas could face England later this year.
FIXTURE: It’s my understanding Australia’s Matildas are heading to Europe in October, and one of their stop offs will be in England to play Phil Neville’s Lionesses.

This comes after The Advertiser reported in late May that the Matildas could play a friendly against Chile in Adelaide.
FFA have confirmed to The Women's Game that they are in talks regarding some exciting matches for the Matildas, both home and abroad, for later this year. However, no deals are finalised and they were unable to confirm the match.
This isn't the first time this has been proposed.

The Matildas have not faced England since 2015 when the two sides met at the Cyprus Cup and during a friendly. Australia lost both games 3-0 and 1-0 respectively.
The match could depend on England's World Cup qualifiers as they face Wales in a fixture which will likely determine who will top the group and be granted automatic qualification. While the four best second-placed teams will head to playoffs held at the start of October and November.
