Sam Kerr broke her own goal scoring record as she tops the charts once again in the NWSL while Alex Chidiac's Atletico Madrid hit an early season speed bump against Barcelona.
In the NWSL Sam Kerr headlined a superb week in the United States. Kerr played a full match scoring twice and assisting another in a 3-1 win over Washington Spirit.
Kerr scored her 18th goal, breaking her own scoring record from 2017 for most goals in a season. With one game remaining Kerr takes her NWSL tally to 77 goals in 118 games.

Chloe Logarzo started and played 66 minutes while Amy Harrison was unused for Washington Spirit against Chicago.
Lydia Williams was unused while Steph Catley played a full match as Reign FC fell to a 1-0 loss at home to Sky Blue FC.
Ellie Carpenter and Hayley Raso both started and came off in the latter stages of the second half while Caitlin Foord was an 87th minute substitute as Portland Thorns beat Houston Dash 1-0.
In Norway Tameka Yallop played a full match for Klepp IL as they lost 2-1 to Lyn. Aivi Luik played a full game for Avaldsnes as they defeat Arna-Bjørnar 2-0 away from home.
In Spain Alex Chidiac was absent as Atletico Madrid Femenino were smashed 6-1 by Barcelona. It's an early season defeat for Chidiac's side against their main rivals for their Primera Division title.
In England's WSL Jacynta Galabadaarachchi was a 65th minute substitute for West Ham as they lost 2-0 to Chelsea.
In Germany Emily Gielnik was an unused sub for Bayern Munich as they bounced back from last week's loss with s 5-0 win over Sand.
In Italy Lisa De Vanna came on in the 57th minute for Fiorentina as they lost 2-0 at home to Roma.
