The 20-year-old was linked to Melbourne Demons earlier today but the Crows secured the midfielder ahead of the official AFLW sign and trade period.

But the Crows announced that she had received an offer from an expansion club.

“I’m really happy at Adelaide. It’s a great Club and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve next season,” Marinoff said.

“Our playing group has formed a really strong bond and ultimately I felt that staying at home with the Crows was the best fit for me,” she said.

Currently, AFLW clubs can only contract players on a season-by-season basis.
