South Australian Alex Chidiac is staying put in Spain after signing a contract extension with Atletico Madrid.
The 20-year-old has renewed her contract until 2021.
The Australian midfielder recently won her first title with Atlético de Madrid Femenino after the side lifted the Primera División championship earlier this month.
"I am very happy that Atlético believes in me to extend my contract and be an integral part of this team," Chidiac said.
"Being part of a club with so much history and professionalism has given me an incredible first experience abroad."
During the 2018/19 season, Chidiac featured in 19 games with 13 of those matches seeing the youngster come from the bench and she scored three goals.
The former Adelaide United and Melbourne City midfielder was a surprising exclusion from the Matildas FIFA Women's World Cup Cup squad.
