There were plenty of Aussies battling it out against each other last week in the NWSL and here’s how they did.
DAMALLSVENSKAN (SWEDEN)
Elise Kellond-Knight's Hammarby were 2-1 winners over Rosengård. They sit in fifth position with five wins and five losses for the season. Aivi Luik's IFK Kalmar play midweek.
TOPPSERIEN (NORWAY)
It was a good round for the Aussies in Norway. Klepp beat Kolbotn 2-1 with Tameka Butt providing the assist for her side's second. Mackenzie Arnold and Arna-Bjørnar enjoyed a 4-0 win over Grand Bodø. Arnold pulled off this great save in what was her first clean sheet this season.
WPSL (USA)
Remy Siemsen's season is over. Despite Cal Storm defeating Marin FC by two goals to one - with Siemsen scoring her ninth goal in eight games - the Storm finished second and missed out on the conference playoff.
UWS (USA)
Grand Rapids FC can finish no lower than second and will be playing post-season. While they lost 2-1 to Lansing United they bounced back to put 14 past an Indy Premier that only had seven players. Cindy Lay played around 35 minutes in the enormous win, scoring a brace and setting up another.
Aussie duo Brooke Goodrich and Ayesha Norrie have clocked some minutes for LA Galaxy OC over the past few weeks, playing 35 and 64 minutes in the last three games respectively.
NPL (AUSTRALIA)
In Victoria, Matildas centre back Laura Alleway continues to score, this time netting a hat-trick for Galaxy United in a 6-0 win over Bayside United.
Over at South Melbourne, Lisa De Vanna scored in her side's 5-1 win over Bulleen. All the other scorers on the day played for Melbourne Victory in the most recent W-League season; Tiff Eliadis, Alex Gummer and Melina Ayres, with a brace, for South and Whitney Knight with the lone Bulleen goal.
In NSW, Eliza Campbell and the Northern Tigers recorded a massive 8-0 win over the Emerging Jets. The win was much needed; it was their first in two months.
Elsewhere, Manly United beat Blacktown Spartans 4-3. Chloe Logarzo played but did not feature among the goalscorers.
In Queensland, Emily Gielnik has popped up and is plying her trade for her junior club Redlands United in the U16 boys' competition. She found the back of the net in the team's 3-0 win over Sunshine Coast FC.
